Our story

LEMEICO Asesoría Empresarial was born from a genuine commitment: to be an engine for the success of entrepreneurs and small businesses (MYPES) in Peru.

Since we started in 2022, amid a technological transition, we embraced change and saw the chance to redefine advisory work, combining professionalism and high ethical standards with an agile management approach designed to meet new needs and strengthen our clients’ communication channels and business agreements.

We help entrepreneurs and small businesses structure their ideas, organize their operations and build results that last. We believe that by strengthening each business we contribute to the progress of our business community.

Lead Partner, Business Solutions & Outsourcing

Certified public accountant with an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico (UP), a master’s degree in Higher Education Management and Quality from Universidad Católica de Trujillo, and a specialization in Finance from Universidad ESAN.

She has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in accounting, finance and tax roles at multinational companies across several industries, including special reviews for Peruvian government entities.

She is a part-time lecturer and thesis advisor in financial and managerial accounting for undergraduate and graduate students at universities in Peru, Mexico, Chile, the United States, Italy and Spain.

Lead Partner, Legal

Licensed attorney and conciliator duly accredited by Peru’s Ministry of Justice, with several diplomas specializing in Civil Law and Family Law.

He has over eleven (11) years of experience advising on Civil Law, Family Law and Administrative Law.

He also works part-time as a General Conciliator specialized in family matters.
